Jojoba oil, the main ingredient in Mill Creek Jojoba shampoo, comes from the wax-like discharge of the Jojoba plant which is indigenous to California, Mexico, and Arizona. Jojoba oil has been shown to be extremely effective at treating badly damaged hair. Weak hair that tends to break, split, or tangle easily, responds very well to jojoba treatments. Jojoba has also been shown to reduce and "soften" scalp build up sometimes associated with dandruff and scalp psoriais.
