Most in stock items ship within 24 hours. That means you will receive your order approximately 2-3 business days after we receive your order via USPS Priority Mail. Ex. Order on Monday and receive your order Wednesday or Thursday.
International Orders typically take anywhere from 4-10 days via USPS Air Mail.

We ship all orders Priority Mail. You will appreciate the prompt 2-3 day service with savings of up to 65% compared to UPS and Fedex.

| Can I return an item I have already paid for? |

You must contact us and let us know that you will be returning any merchandise. Merchandise must be returned at your expense in unopened and perfect condition in order to receive credit. Full credit will be issued for unopened merchandise returned within 30 days of your receipt of shipment.
On the rare occasion that we may ship you an item other than what you ordered, do not open the product or it will void your right to return it. Please contact us so we can exchange it for the correct item. We will credit your account for the shipping costs that you incur when returning the item and will make sure to compensate you with a free gift or free product samples to make up for our mistake.

This is one of the most common questions that Arnold Supplements receives, and it is also one of the most misguided. Think about it: Every day, millions of people hand over their credit cards to retail clerks and waiters. They read their credit card numbers over the phone to everyone from travel agents to pizza delivery people. They sign credit card slips in restaurants and walk away, leaving their numbers sitting in plain sight of dozens of strangers. And they worry about sending credit card numbers over the Internet? By comparison, using a credit card on the Internet is extremely safe. Our online store uses e-commerce software that encrypts a customer's credit card number and renders it unreadable before sending it over the Internet.

| How Much do you charge for Shipping? |

We charge a $5.95 flat fee per order. That means you can order as much as you want and the price you pay for shipping will always remain at $5.95 per order. You can get FREE SHIPPING by spending $99 or more. Some individual items are also available for free shipping. Look for the green "free shipping" icon.

Yes, every order receives a free pill box, great for storing a week's worth of pills. We also try to send free product samples with each order. Larger orders receive free shaker bottles or a free bodybuilding book. |
