Mill Creek H24 Natural Scalp Massage Emulsion Shampoo
Phase 3, 2oz.

Mill Creek Emulsion shampoo is Phase 3 of the 3 phase system designed to build strong, thicker, fuller, and healthier hair. As will all Mill Creek shampoos, the emulsion formula contains all natural organic ingredients.
  • Concentrated and potent biotin treatment
  • Designed for use after shampoo (phase 1) and conditioner (phase 2) treatments
  • Emulsion formula helps to energize the scalp
  • Fortified with Cysteine and Nucleic Acids
  • Leaves hair stronger and full of body

Directions: Towel dry hair thoroughly. Part hair down the middlethe  and apply 10-12 drops along part. Massage gently using a forward motion. Apply in similar manner to parts 2 inches to left and right of center. For extra scalp conditioning, do not rinse out. Or rinse and style as usual.

Ingredients: Deionized Water, Propylene Glycol, Glycerin, Biotin, Niacin (vitamin B3), Cysteine HCI, Hydrolyzed Glycosaminoglycans, allantoin, Hydrolyzed RNA, Hydrolyzed DNA, Carbomer, Triethanolamine, Methylparaben, Sodium Hydroxide, DMDM Hydantoin.
