Our Himalayan neti pot can keep this layer of mucus moist, clean and healthy. Say goodbye to clogged, stuffed, and drippy nasal passages and say hello to easy breathing once and for all. If you've tried everything else, maybe it's time you gave Himalayan Neti pots a try. A simple and quick technique as fast and easy as brushing your teeth. To use the Neti Pot, simply prepare the saline solution by adding 8 oz of warm water and a heaping 1/4 teaspoon of non-iodized salt to your Neti Pot. Non-iodized salt is available at your local supermarket or grocery store for approximately 99 cents. Then turn your head to the side, and insert the spout into the upper nostril. Raise the Neti Pot so the saline solution flows into the nose and out of the lower nostril.
