I've been taking this product for about 2wks and I've seen results. My stomach has trimmed down a lot and it feels tighter than before. My hunger has diminished and also my sweet tooth. I really love this product. The only downside is your mouth is always dry, but nothing water can't fix. Will be buying more.

I started this diet regimen,about two weeks ago. My biggest issue was controlling my appetite. I figured if I could get that under control eating healthier would be easier to achieve, therefor losing weight. These pills are AMAZING for eliminating appetite, but you have to stay on top to ensure you remember to eat. You must take them as early as possible to be able to sleep through the night, for some reason your sleep patterns get interrupted. Now weight wise, I lost 7 pounds in the first week and a half. I am very happy with the pills and the price is unbeatable. This is a wonderful way to supplement your diet change. Please forgive me for the long review, but I wanted to make sure I covered everything.

Pills do work, they remind me of the li shou about 2 yrs ago before they took the originals off the market. You do not feel hungry, they do give you energy, down fall is thirst and its hard to sleep. If you can get over those two things you will loose weight fast:)
