...... they work as well as can be expected since the change in the original Stacker a few years back. Instructions say 1 a day. I experimented and now take 2. They help.

Good stuff but potent	April 9, 2011

Similar to me as Yellow Jacket pills. I can't take a whole one as I become way too jittery. But if I eat a really healthy meal first and drink plenty of water I can take a dose and work well all day. It's just very potent.
You will have energy for all day activities and won't want to get relaxed. I think it is best to take it when you have eaten well and drink lots of water so that it won't be so strong on your system.
Don't take more than the recommended dosage because it won't do any better. It will just give your heart too much workout and you won't like the feeling.
You will want to be actively moving when taking these. Truck driving jobs are not suitable for these as you will experience too much uncomfortable jittery moods without doing physical labor all the time.
Use caution always and I cut my dosage in half because one is too strong for me.

I drink about a gallon of water a day and eat lots of protein fruits and vegetables. I haven't had time to exercise yet but I am losing about a pound a day just from using it and taking a good Multi Vitamin. I recommend Women's Ultra Mega from GNC. If you are worried about being grouchy try St. John's Wort and some Super B Complex!

I didn't really see the fat fall off, may have helped a little bit. My biggest issue with the product is the caffeine crash. After a few hours of taking it, I crash very hard. 300mg of caffeine in one pill is a lot.

Yellow Devils helped me lose 12 lbs. My goal is 25. Yellow Devils don't make me hungry, especially right around lunchtime. They give me more energy than just my mornign latte did.

These are excellent diet aid, if taken with 2litres of water a day they do curb appetite and are helping me to lose about 4-6lb a week - they seem to work far better if you are working out on them rather than sitting around - body soon adjusted and don't get jitters now, would highly recommend these, but you do have to remember that to lose the weight you have to fill up on water and don't eat masses of food !!

Remember them? To me Yellow Devils gave me the same feeling as Yellow swarm did before they got discontinued. I dont take them for weight loss like most because I'm pretty trim. I use them for energy
