This is a good product to easy those hormonal problems I had been experiencing. Now I am able to sleep without the night sweats and more energy during the day. I loved this when I was taking it! I am in my late 40's and also in pre-menopause. It helped me with all my symptoms. Only negative I have is that I took it for 2 months and the first month I had my period for 9 days and the second month I had it for 18 days. I am not sure if this is a side effect from eFem or just because of my pre-menopause.

I feel great, on my third bottle and I cannot say enough good stuff about this product. I am close to 70 still riding my
motorcycle and enjoying every part, every part of life.. I recently got blood work done and the doc could not believe how good all the numbers were.. I could go on and on but have got to get back to work.. Enjoy!

I love it i am a little over 40 with a no sex drive mood swings like crazy i have a boyfriend 13 yrs younger than me it started being a problem for us that i wasnt interested in sex i went to health food store and e fem is what she told me to try it is now my bestfriend after 3 days sex drive is back mood swings cant really tell yet but I LOVE E FEM

I.ve been taking e fem for almost two months and it.s been the only thing that i.ve found that really works for me.I had terrible mood swings.night sweats.I can.t say enough about e fem.I actually in two weeks after taking e fem started telling a differance.If like me you.ve tried everything try this it works.

This product came to me highly reccomended, so I wanted to give it a try, still a little reluctant I went ahead and purchased it. Results are not immediate, but they do seem to gradually improve and balance out my "hormonal" fluctuations....i am under 30, and really didn't know if this would help, but it seems to , naturally with out the roller coaster of "highs" and "lows", just starting to feel like "me" again is going to be amazing!
