Instructions
Pour one pack of Amino Vital into a 20oz squeeze bottle filled with water and shake well until powder is dissolved. Drink chilled if desired.
Start drinking Amino Vital about 30 minutes before exercising to begin the flow of BCAAs and other nutrients to your muscles. Continue drinking during refreshment breaks. Finish as you cool down.
